Hey, I'm Lindsay!
After the birth of my twin girls, I found myself so sleep deprived that I couldn't drive my car. One day, I remember leaving Target thinking I was never going to sleep again. I felt like my basic human needs were gone and I wasn't sure how I was going to be a good Mother when I was so plain exhausted. I couldn't imagine that every Mom out there was surviving this like this, and I knew there had to be a better way.
I began immersing myself in sleep schedules and routines and it quickly became an obsession, really. I began helping family, friends and even random strangers on the internet get better sleep. I was hooked.
Since then, Pediatric sleep has become my passion. Knowing how sleep shapes our everyday lives, relationships and health makes it all worth it.
In 2018, I decided to pursue becoming a Sleep Consultant as a career so I could education and coach parents through those first few years of parenthood. They don't have to be sleepless!
I am a recent graduate from the Family Sleep Institute, and my training has given me even more motivation to reach and help families in dire need to a good night's sleep.

Lindsay was given the nickname 'Bird' or 'Birdy' at a very young age. To this day, most of her childhood friends still call her that!
So, naturally when thinking of a business name, Lindsay wanted to incorporate that identity into her passion for sleep.
