
Many people probably don’t think they are able to change sleep habits once their kids turn a certain age.... with Lindsay’s help, you can!
Our kids have ALWAYS been early risers. In addition to a lengthy nightly routine, including laying with them until they (and we) fell asleep, our 6 year old and 3 year old were up by 5 am every day.
Then came COVID. After 7+ months of being with us day in and day out, our 3 1/2 year old son regressed to infant style sleep once he started preschool. He took over an hour getting to sleep, was up several times a night and then up for the day by 4:45 am and told us he did not want to be alone.
After seeing Lindsay’s posts, I finally decided to make the call. After an introductory call, she put together a step by step, day by day plan for us and our son to follow. She checked in every day and made gentle suggestions and changes to the plan. After a week and a half, BOTH kids were going to bed on their own, falling asleep an hour earlier and staying in their beds an hour and a half later in the mornings! If your baby, toddler or kid has any issues sleeping or if you need more sleep, don’t wait another minute to call her!
